The location is ideal, just a block from Times Square and the subway. Rooms are small and could use a refresh. We had issues with elevator wait times, making it frustrating to get in and out. The City Kitchen offers great food options.

The view from my room was stunning. I loved the ability to crack open the window and drift off to the sounds of the city. The bathtub was deep, and the shower pressure was excellent. Clean, well-kept housekeeping impressed me; they neatly placed my plush toy on the bed each day. there were serious issues with cleanliness. A room I encountered had rubbish, vomit residue, and thick layers of dust everywhere. Slow and crowded lifts added to the frustration. In a prime location with potential, the hotel must address its housekeeping and customer service shortcomings. I'd consider staying again, but only if they resolve these issues.

Location is unbeatable, right next to Times Square and theaters. Elevators are slow and crowded, which can be frustrating.

Great location and friendly staff. Elevators are inefficient and rooms need updates.

Location is perfect, right in the heart of the action. The staff made everything easy, from check-in to carrying our bags.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Perfect location for theater lovers and a short walk to Central Park. The check-in process was slow and the elevators took forever—it’s frustrating when you’re in a hurry. The room, though decent, felt smaller than expected, and more shelf space in the bathroom would’ve been nice. While I enjoyed the AC and the comfortable bed, some areas showed signs of wear. Housekeeping was attentive, which was a bright spot, but the room lacked basic amenities like hot drink facilities. A mix of great staff and major inconveniences made for a memorable yet uneven experience.

The room was a disaster—everything felt grimy and neglected. Rubbish on the floor, a gross residue in the sink, and the shower curtain was sticky. I couldn’t even relax; the noise outside kept me awake all night. Total nightmare!

Location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll to so many attractions! The beds were super comfy, making it hard to leave in the morning. Oh, and the Wi-Fi was excellent for sharing all my adventures! 🌟
Strongly recommend! ❤️😊

The hotel is just a few steps from Times Square making it super easy to check out all the sights and sounds of New York City, plus it's only about a 20-minute walk to places like Central Park and the Museum of Modern Art, which I absolutely loved wandering around;

The location is unbeatable, just steps from Times Square and all the fun. The housekeeping staff is incredibly polite, always checking if you need anything, which is a nice touch.
The check-in process felt chaotic and the front desk staff could use some training.

Comfortable beds, comfortable staff with quick check-in and kind service from one particular cleaning lady who was exceptionally helpful during my stay.
Nothing at all.

The room was quite small and felt a bit outdated, with only a small window providing limited light. The bed was too soft, causing us to sink in uncomfortably. Temperature control was an issue; the AC struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, leaving us cold at night. The sliding bathroom door was stuck, adding to the cramped feeling. While the complimentary toiletries were nice, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The noise from housekeeping was disruptive in the early hours. Despite some conveniences, such as luggage storage and a great lobby café, the experience was far from ideal.

I felt like a local savoring European delicacies and munching New York's best at District M. The digital gallery was a time machine. Quick check-in was smooth.
Taking the stairs was a fantastic workout with my luggage.

Wow, the rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect for our romantic escape. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from Times Square and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, the staff stored our luggage for us until we returned from our tour, such a convenient perk!
The elevators were a bit slow, leading to long waits. Also, the staff could be a bit rude, with some instances of poor communication and unwelcoming behavior.

The ironing facilities in the room were outdated and didn't work properly, which was frustrating as I had wrinkled clothes that needed attention. The heating in the room was unreliable, and I found it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, making it hard to relax. The air conditioning unit was noisy and didn't seem to cool the room efficiently. I had trouble getting a good night's sleep due to the constant noise coming from the air conditioning. The wi-fi in the room was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done during my stay. The hair dryer provided in the room was old and barely blew any air, making it difficult to style my hair effectively. The free toiletries in the bathroom were cheap and of poor quality, and I ended up using my own products instead. The television in the room was small and had limited channels available. I would have appreciated more entertainment options during my downtime in the room. The carpeted floor in the room looked worn and dirty, and I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on it. The room service was slow and the food quality was mediocre. I expected better service and tastier options. The bell staff/porter seemed overwhelmed and it took a while for them to assist with our luggage upon check-in. The laundry service was expensive and I found it inconvenient to have to pay extra to have my clothes cleaned.

clean rooms - close to times square and restaurant row - will be staying there again when i go back to nyc. little restaurant next door served the best breakfast - lunch, and dinner tacos. open windows for fresh air and easy subway access.
Totally recommend

During my xmas stay, the hotel's location was spot on, near Times Square and easy access to the subway. The layout was well-organized, making check-in a breeze. The rooms might have been small, but the comfortable beds made up for it. Housekeeping services daily were a nice touch, ensuring a clean space for relaxation after exploring the city.
The misleading photos made the rooms seem bigger, but they were narrow. The tiny bathrooms were inconvenient.

we had a great time at row nyc at times square. the location was perfect for our needs, right in the heart of broadway area and very well connected for tourists. the room was comfortable and styled well, and it was much quieter than we expected. the beds were very comfortable, and the check-in/check-out processes were smooth. we also found the attached dining hall convenient for our meals.
Nothing negative to say! 😊
